Renato De Vettori

Education:

Renato De Vettori is an accredited lawyer by the Universidad de San Martin de Porres (2007), Diploma in Bioethics from Universidad de Lima (2003), Diploma in Mining Law from the Lima Bar Association (2007), postgraduate degree in Environmental Management from The Institute of Environmental Studies of Universidad Católica del Perú (2007). Mr. De Vettori has also pursued specialized courses in environmental issues including the II International Course on Formulation and Evaluation of Clean Development Mechanism as a new Opportunity for Business, by The National Fund for the Environment FONAM (2007), International Course on Biofuel in Perú by Universidad Nacional Agraria de La Molina (2007). Graduate Diploma in Environmental and Natural Resources Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, sponsored by Sociedad Peruana de Derecho Ambiental (2008).

Professional Experience:

Mr De Vettori has worked with Domingo Garcia Belaunde assistant in several legal actions tried at the Constitutional Court and the Social and Constitutional Court of the Supreme Court of Perú. He has practice as Chief of Staff at Notaria De Vettori. Mr. De Vettori has relevant experience in environmental regulation, administrative law, competition law, and intellectual property law.
